I’m not messing around with any other HVAC guys again… I was delighted with the honesty and helpfulness of Strongtower - they saved me a fortune. Previous technicians tried telling me that my unit was “on the fritz” and I was going to keep having problems until I replaced it. After my unit cut out in back to back weekends, I called Strongtower hoping to shop around for full replacement quotes. But after a quick inspection, Kevin gave me options the previous guys didn’t - like a simple cleaning service. Thankfully that cleaning service got us up and running and here we are 6 months later with the same “on the fritz” unit the other guys wanted to replace.
